I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
For this activity I have I had to make a pattern and pick a background that represents what I think tānerore and or/summer. so I chose to do these patterns and backgrounds.
What a fantastic koru design. I like how you’ve linked two to form a double ended spiral, and that you’ve mirrored the other two which almost look like deer antlers. Ka pai! I also really like the range of yellows and oranges you use in the background, I think it makes the black pop.
Was it hard to make? How did you work out your design?
If you can, you should repeat the pattern to make your design longer.
Please structure your comments as follows: Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or Ask a question you want to know more about
